- Why I'm choosing to give:
- I love the concept of truly focusing on this for a set amount of time and actually documenting the journey. The other neat thing that has come out of this is that I feel a shift around me when I consciously strive to give a gift during this time frame. I love that as you give you learn the concept of receiving. I also like thinking out of the box and giving of myself not just money.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- This go round I am going to become more aware of the receiving piece. I am going to graciously accept the thanks from those around me. This is the most difficult part of the giving for me, accepting the gratitude of others. I am learning and growing each time I take on the challenge so I am looking forward to this next round. Now if I can just remember to enter it here as well as other places. I have a new and profound respect for this process since I have read the book and understand that the receiving is as important as the giving. Enjoy the journey!

- I volunteer for several different functions and I also work full time so this limits the hours for volunteering. I also recently started my Coaching business. The reason for the pic in my profile is that my grandmother always said "a hug a day keeps the doctor away!" So everyone who views my site gets a virtual hug.....

this process is so enlightening and I love waking up each day thinking what will the gift be for today? It is truly amazing how a person or situation just appears throughout the day and I think "ahhh so this is what I am to give today".....
I have learned to give freely and wholeheartedly throughout this process, as many of you have read the hardest part was for me to receive a "thank you" I have learned to accept this and smile graciously.
I love this adventure…
