Shared info on a good book about giving yourself kindness (The Four Day Win - Beck) and laughed at a snippy joke aimed at me and told the person I adored him. Ha! Typed and sent off my typed letter for the art project, much appreciated. Took my ex to lunch. Double HA! Focused on being peaceful in his presence and letting go of "my stuff" as much as I can. He actually sent me an opportunity later via e-mail - and I'm looking back and thinking my response might have been able to be interpreted…

Agreed to let some things go when I didn't want to. Listened better. Put a few more things in the soroptimists donation box I have going and have a couple miles for the cancer charity in. Agreed to let someone use my garage for storing through June 1 (this is sort of a stingy give - I did this once before and it took years to get the stuff out). But it will work for what it is.
