i helped her in the garden today(: it felt nice to have it be just me and her doing something she really enjoys and that i to this day thought i would hate but i really liked taking care of the plants and flowers. i really want them to grow healthy and i dont know where this feeling comes from... Why I'm choosing to give:: Seems like to me that i take take take. i like giving, i know how good it feels and i want to turn my life around. i want to be more positive and after reading this book i am convinced it will help for me to take the challenge.

What I'd most like to receive:: Happiness. inner peace. i want to be happy with who i am.

My journal(:

Day 1. first thing when i woke up, i texted one of my freinds and complimented them.

I felt really good about it because i usually tease him about his "flaws" which arent really flaws, but things i love about him.

Day 2. I was open to my friends music suggestion and made a deal with him to stop being judgemental. i also gave a two dollar tip, not much but money is an issue for me at the moment. i knew that i could do without it and it felt good to give it away.
