- Why I'm choosing to give:
- I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in January of 2009 and spent half of this past year depressed and sick in bed. I have gotten better, but have noticed that my improvements coincide with the efforts I have made to contribute to more to those around me. I find the whole process of giving and then receiving a very motivating and beautiful process.

In November, we're sponsoring a cause that has been started by fellow giver, Lubabat. We are so deeply touched and impressed by Lubabat's strength of character & spirit. Lubabat was diagnosed with MS in the mid 90s and then in August of 09, she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Her reaction has been so inspirational - she is thriving through giving. She is hosting a Christmas Give and her theme is "going small to make a big impact" We have named her our November Cause of the Month and would be grateful for your support!

I am not a TV watcher but my gift for Day 5 was to go back and watch some TV shows with my husband. We watched the shows he wanted and I did it with grace and did not complain.
Today is Day 6 for me. We are expecting 6 to 10 inches of snow. My gift today is going to be scraping off everyones cars when I leave school today! I even put my boots in the car! BRING ON THE SNOW!!!
