- Why I'm choosing to give:
- To be more mindful of giving. I give to others frequently but I always feel like I could do more. I would like to focus my energy on others.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- This is hard for me as I don't know what I want to receive. I have finished reading the book and I know that I need to focus on myself as I'm always thinking of others and what I can do for them. So right now I would say I would like to receive some calm within myself that I can do for others and it will make a change.
- How did you hear about the 29-Day Giving Challenge?
- I found the book through MS reading. My Mom has MS and thought the sound of the book was inspiting
- About me:
- I am a mother to 2 children. Evan 5 and Alyssa 21/2 . I have been married to Sam for 8 years. I work from home for Aetna insurance which gives me great opportunities with my work life.

Day 9 I gave the gift of 29 days! A girlfriend of mine was interested in doing the challenge and I told her the best gift is to read the book! So I gave her a copy!
Day 10 A few ladies in my department at work have had some troubling health issues in the past week. I sent them little notes in the mail letting them know that I was thinking and praying for them. Day 7 and 8

Day 7 I handed out some raspberry hot chocolate to one of the Mom's that takes my son to school. It was soooo cold yesterday and I know how I feel after being out and about, frozen, so I thought she could use a nice warm cup of hot chocolate when she got home. She let me know it was the perfect thing to get her warmed back up from getting the kids.
