Just start writing down what you do - you'll be surprised. I try to plan ahead for the next day, but I've found over time situations present themselves so I can give of my time in some small way. Each gesture is significant and counts if…

Day 1 was harder than I thought it would be.

Isn't it funny how we find the weirdest places to criticize ourselves? At the end of the day, I couldn't decide what to count as my Day 1 gift because nothing I came up with seemed good enough. Looking back, I gave several different things, mostly gifts of time and/or service. Most of them small, but significant enough to the recipients. Why do I not feel like I should count those??

Support our Cause of the Month
In November, we're sponsoring a cause that has been started by fellow giver, Lubabat. We are so deeply touched & impressed by Lubabat's strength of character & spirit. Lubabat was diagnosed with MS in the mid 90s & then in August of 09, she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Her reaction has been so inspirational - she is thriving through giving. She is hosting a Christmas Give & her theme is "going small to make a big impact" We have named her our November Cause of the Month & would be grateful for your support!

Happy giving!

P.S. Don't miss our handy 29-Day Giving Calendar or our cute Gift Note to accompany your gifts.
