I'm grateful for the new kind of awareness this challenge is giving me!

Just start writing down what you do - you'll be surprised. I try to plan ahead for the next day, but I've found over time situations present themselves so I can give of my time in some small way. Each gesture is significant and counts if it is done…

Isn't it funny how we find the weirdest places to criticize ourselves? At the end of the day, I couldn't decide what to count as my Day 1 gift because nothing I came up with seemed good enough. Looking back, I gave several different things, mostly g…

Day 1 was harder than I thought it would be.

Isn't it funny how we find the weirdest places to criticize ourselves? At the end of the day, I couldn't decide what to count as my Day 1 gift because nothing I came up with seemed good enough. Looking back, I gave several different things, mostly gifts of time and/or service. Most of them small, but significant enough to the recipients. Why do I not feel like I should count those??

Support our Cause of the Month
In November, we're sponsoring a cause that has been started by fellow giver, Lubabat. We are so deeply touched & impressed by Lubabat's strength of character & spirit. Lubabat was diagnosed with MS in the mid 90s & then in August of 09, she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Her reaction has been so inspirational - she is thriving through giving. She is hosting a Christmas Give & her theme is "going small to make a big impact" We have named her our November Cause of the Month & would be grateful for your support!

Happy giving!

P.S. Don't miss our handy 29-Day Giving Calendar or our cute Gift Note to accompany your gifts.
