Yesterday, bought a book (The Adventures of Frog and Toad) to donate to a holiday book drive, and today sent kind words and an invite out to three ladies from work who I would like to spend more social time with. The most interesting part about recent days though, has been the gifts that I have been receiving!! Day 4, 5, & 6

A busy, busy weekend kept me away from the computer, but a great deal of giving occurred. Gave warm hugs, compliments, and bought lunch for a very old friend that I reconnected with, and receiving a box of organic vegetables (he's a farmer!) in return. A hectic day pushed my giving onto the back burner....but I did help a coworker by taking on a piece of her work project, created extra visual materials to help a student understand his progress better, and gave positive feedback to old friends on facebook. Today I want to give more directly and in person. A coffee date this afternoon and an evening holiday party will definitely allow me reach that goal!

Yesterday gave hugs and compliments to my wonderful friend Holly, a smile to a stranger, personal advice to a client, and donated 5000 grains of rice through freerice.com. I'm starting to feel the rhythm of this project and am excited to start thinking about more interesting or unique ways to give. And just what shall I give today?? :)
