Day 1 of Giving

Friday, Dec 11, 2009: Day 1:I was going to Wal-Mart, thinking I would get some snacks to put in our work snack drawer.We get Little Debi's, Peanut-butter crackers, etc that are quick energy snacks. About me:: Work for a college campus library, have a 22 year old son, single and generally a pretty happy person :D Sober since 2/2/07, had 9 years at one time - but flaked off for 3 days. Much better now - doing what I can to stay that way! Seeking spiritual direction constantly, working on achieving balance in my life. Overall a great life with a few bad days!

Friday, Dec 11, 2009: Day 1:

This a.m., on the bus, I had a conversation re: seasonal depression. My cohort and I talked about how our spouses sometimes find it strange when we walk through the house, turning on all the lights and blaring music. Still, it helps to brighten the environment and our moods.
