- I feel stagnated in my life. Was diagonosed with RA 4 years ago and diabetes this year, so have been very down. Time to get out of my own head.

Today I gave with Thoughtfulness. I managed to maintain a positive attitude at work all day long. It was great. It made my whole day much better! As I come closer to Day 29, I realize this whole process has become a part of me and I will continue on.
Day 21 (Thanksgiving), Day 22, Day 23 and Day 24

Sorry to have missed so many days. My son was home from college so,
Day 21 - Thanksgiving - Picked my son up at the airport (a gift to myself) and cooked dinner for us and a friend. It was a wonderful day - so much to be thankfull for!!!!
Day 22 - treated my son to a movie. Offer a 2 for 1 coupon for the movie to a person standing in line. Received time spent with my son.
Day 23 - Ran errands and let people in front of me - I was a courteous…
