- my plan is to give out one really good compliment a day...something that is specific to the person, well-thought out, and about something that relates to effort, process, style, etc, rather than good results. good results and things that we don't have much control over seem to be the most often complimented things. i want to recognize strategies and creativity without judgement of results.
