- Why I'm choosing to give:
- I recently read the book and found out that although I consider myself as a giving person, I feel the difference when my gift is mindful and from the heart. When I give mindfully and with love it feels like I have a choice. There is some space between just giving automatically as a reaction to, or giving with a clear mind and a full heart.
Those gifts feel more pure to me, coming from a deeper, clearer source, free of any expections. There is such beauty in that. Not only do I feel more grateful for all the things I allready have in my life, I feel more connected with myself, less alone and above all gratitude is flowing from my heart. Life itself becomes a miracle. I dare to life with less control and therefor feel the spirit flow freely inside and outside of me....Bless M
