Gift of listening.
Today after water therapy I stayed and talked to another lady who was exercising in the pool. As we talked, I realized she needed to vent. She has a recent diagnosis of primary progressive MS. As tempting as it was to chime in with my own experience, I limited my input and consciously listened to her.

Day 29 (Tuesday)
Finally made it to Day 29 (after restarting twice). It was just me and my two boys for dinner and I told them for my last day I wanted to gift them with going out for Chinese and celebrating. We were the only ones in the restaurant and we had a good time.
Our bike team, Team Marj @ Large is participating in the 29 Gifts leading up to our ride on September 17. So let the giving continue!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 26 (Saturday)
My youngest son went to see my niece in Alice in Wonderland. She was the youngest little actress and I was very proud of her showering her with praises. I wish I had thought to bring her flowers. :-(( Later my son went to a birthday party and I helped him get a gift together for the party. The party was a big success! We only had about 31 folks there (out of about 80 teammates) but it was a great group and perfect for visiting and catching up with good friends. This will be Team Marj @ Large;s 7th year participating in the Bike MS Atlanta Ride. We're committed to riding hard and having fun for a good cause, raising money to fight Multiple Sclerosis.
