- Why I'm choosing to give:
- I believe in the Gandhi quote Be The Change you Wish to See in The World.
So I try to be part of the solution not the problem by giving a voice to whats wrong in the world.
By not complaining to others in ways that shame,judge or label. That means speaking up when I hear,see,or engage in gossip, unkindness shame based labeling of others or communities.
If I want others to be more loving than I must be more loving. I think we are a population that forgets to acknowlege the beauty in each other enough.
This is a chance for me to remember each day to celebrate the lives of those in my experience.
Living Mindfully means to embrace a way of life that will enhance,maintain or improve the quality of your life and the lives of others.
This site is a great way to do just that.....
