hhmmmmDay 10 was Monday and Back to work. I teach Pre-K, is this a gift in and of its self? My grander gift of the day if you will is that a friend of mine's baby was put in the hospital again on Monday and she asked me to come sit with her, I agreed to do so, putting aside my own exhaustion knowing that it can in no way match hers and also wanting to be there for her. You Know what -- I once got the best pair of jeans at Walmart --no lie. Whenever I wear them, my friends ask what kind of jean am I wearing....

This is going by pretty fast.yesterday I went with my sister to Walmart and helped her pick out some jeans and gave her a ten dollar gift card to use towards the jeans.Today even though I was really tired, a friend of mine asked me to come to Youth group to help out, like i usually do each week but even though he said he understood if i didn't come, he would appreciate it if i could come. I went even though i was tired, but it was very good and i know it was appreciated.See More

I havne't been in a very giving mood the past few days... I have been very fatigued and even feelign a little weak which is never a fun feeling.Yesterday was New Year's Eve and for the past few years my cousin and her kids come over watch movies play games and stay the night, I love this tradition but yesterday I just wasn't in the mood. Today even though I was really tired, a friend of mine asked me to come to Youth group to help out, like i usually do each week but even though he said he understood if i didn't come, he would appreciate it if i could come. The weather here in south jersey has been either very cold or very wet, or 2 ft deep (snow) so we have been inside relaxing and reading our holiday away, but we all have been in great need of some activity, at least I have been. I wanted to go ice skating at a rink of course, I invited my cousin to bring her kids which was sort of a gift of getting them out of the house, but I also paid for my brother to join us since he didn't have the money but wanted to go.
