Well, I am having days where I give a lot and other days where there is not much attention on it at all. Gave some nice butterflies to my 3 housemates and bought people random coffee, also gone out of my way to give someone a lift. It all felt so good. I could get addicted to this. I love it! My work is all about giving, but somehow doing it outside of that gives me a much different focus.NamasteSee More

Day What?I know I have started but wow how little attention I have had on it.One day I didn't think about it,the next I thought 'maybe I should do something...'the next I didn't know what to do,the next flooded with ideas,the next overwhelmed don't know where to start, it can't be this hard??!Which brings me to today, maybe I could act on something, anything.So I am writing a letter of appreciation to my mum :)See More

Bit hit and miss

Well, I am having days where I give a lot and other days where there is not much attention on it at all.
