Today I give with intention ~ This morning I woke up feeling rejuvenated. I arrived at work and turned on my computer. It was brought forth to my attention that a family in our community was in need because of varying circumstances and decided that it would be nice to pool the ladies from work together to donate money to the family. I dropped the money off to the lady who initially sent the message to alert the community of this family's situation and she was extremely greatful!See More

Today I give with hope ~ From the moment I woke up this morning, I knew what my gift for the day would be. While it might not work on everyone, I would attempt to get eye contact and smile at everyone I saw. Smiling in itself has been proven to make people happy. How did you hear about the 29-Day Giving Challenge?: While researching the number 29, I stumbled upon the book, ordered it on my Kobo and read it!

About me:: I am the mother of 2 boys and have an amazing husband. I've always been tagged as creative. I am part of an acoustic duo titled "Chicks with Picks" and am also an amateur photographer via "Scrappy Sisters Photography". By day I am a job developer who helps people with disabilities find and maintain work.

Today was a long day! I had to travel for a business trip but I was still able to pack up the kids lunches and get them off to school before leaving. I snuck in a special Valentines Day treat in their lunches today as my gift. Just a little over 2 weeks ago, my husband and I finally had our honeymoon! We headed out to the Dominican and had a wonderful time with a large group of friends. I absolutely love to take pictures and am that person who brings her camera everywhere.
