Today I left my boyfriend, Nelson a note when I left his house...he was still sleeping (I left at 5am to get back to my house to do yoga before work)! - Why I'm choosing to give:
- Because I love to add things to my life that remind me to stay in line with what's right... I like to put good things into myself and this will add to what I'm already attempting to do. I believe that if you give out in slices you'll get back in loaves and I've already proved that to myself but never in such a purposeful way as this. I'm looking forward to the challenge and being more aware of what I do on a daily basis.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- satisfaction that I'm working in line with what is right in the universe!
- How did you hear about the 29-Day Giving Challenge?
- My mum told me about the book, she heard about it from the company that she works for.
- About me:
- I'm a Realtor and have been for 11 years in Northern California. I'm originally from England and I'm the 3rd oldest of 8 children. I moved to the US 21 years ago. I have two sons, one 20 and one almost 24. The 24 year old, Ben and his wife, Janae, just made me a grandma for the first time last week! Yay! My grandson is Benaiah Caden and if I do say so myself, he is simply the most beautiful grandchild in the whole world! :o).
I'm in a wonderful relationship with an amazing man and I'm probably happier than I've ever been in my life!

I already blogged this morning but hadn't given my day 21 gift yet! I am at Nelson's house right now and he is sleeping, I just did the dishes and cleaned the kitchen and living room for him so he wakes up to a clean house! I always think that's a great way to start the day! Happy giving everyone!

I haven't been blogging every day, obviously and I'm not sure if I should be, but I'm doing it when I can! I have continued giving every day...I just love it! I will definitely continue. I helped a lady with her cart at the grocery store the other day! It was a day when I was really wondering what I could/would give. It made me feel good, she was very grateful!

I must admit in the first week or so of giving I was enjoying it but wasn't feeling it like I am today. I have given some nice gifts and I've enjoyed people's reactions but this Sunday I had a great reaction - and felt so happy that something I did could make someone feel so special and good! My boyfriend Nelson and I live about 50 miles apart. We both work hard and work out every day.
