- I feel like my life has become very materialistic and it grosses me out. My sister recently joined the Peace Corp and will be gone for 27months. I wish I had her courage and could dive all in. But for now I'll start with 29 days.

First off I'm so proud of myself because I finished the book today! Excited...ok back to my gift :)
I could tell that it was going to be a rough day. Its hard to be optimistic and excited while surrounded by negative, mean, selfish woman at work. Some cant seem to fathom why on earth I would care about giving to others. Someone actually said "how about you make one of your gifts be to me. You not being so happy is the greatest gift you could give." REALLY!?! wasn't even telling her…

I started reading my book today I couldn't believe how excited I am to start this "journey."
I was driving home (8/27) and I saw a group of food trucks lined up in a parking lot. One of them said "coffee" and the first thing I thought was "I should tell my mom and bring her down here since she loves coffee. I drove to her house and dragged her back out to the food trucks.
After we raced to get coffee, which was amazing BTW, we looked around and realized that the parking lot sat…
