I actually started giving on Sunday by giving my grandboys home make cupcakes that I made during the last snow storm, my daughter in-law cup cake candles that my sister in law makes, they are beautiful. I also went to church with them which is a gift to my son. I know that just by attending with him and his family is gift enough for him. - Why I'm choosing to give:
- I am going through a very difficult time in my life. I am starting over again at the age of 44 and I want to rebuild my life in a different way and to feel good about myself every day. I believe that this is a tool that will help me.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- I have already started giving on Sunday and I am receiving what I want. Its the overwhelming feeling of doing for others and the pleasure that it gives me.
- How did you hear about the 29-Day Giving Challenge?
- My best friend lent the book to me.
- About me:
- I am 44 with 4 kids in their 20's, I have 5 grandsons under the age of 5. I am going through my second divorce, I have lost everything, my marriage, my house and my job. I used to joke and say "at least I have my health" and now I dont have that. Being that I am starting over again at the age of 44 I want to make sure that I dont repeat the same mistakes as before, I want to make different and better choices in my life so I can have a different outcome that I had when I was rebuilding after my first divorce. I am a good person that has went through so much and has been dealth a lot of crap in my life and I want so much more out of what I have gotten so far out of life. I realize that I am the only one that can make this happend.

I actually started giving on Sunday by giving my grandboys home make cupcakes that I made during the last snow storm, my daughter in-law cup cake candles that my sister in law makes, they are beautiful.
