Thanks for your positive feedback!
I am glad we are now friends. Amazing to read your response to me. A few years ago I took a fantastic class...Women's Health...to fulfill a requirement to finally get my AA. What a life changing class!
We had to decide what change we wanted to make in our life. Then write a 6 page research paper on the problem we had, then write a 6 page paper on how we will use the info we just found to make the change.
I chose Negative Thinking Leads To Emotional Distress.
I learned 3 Cognitive Behavioural Therapies to use and Negative Thought Stopping was one of them.
It is just as you described....saying STOP and replacing negative thinking withTRUE positive thoughts. Within 3 weeks my Automatic negative thinking changed....Like I said What a life changer!!
I use these techniques often with happy results....Keep up your own happy thoughts!!

Thanks for reading my story - putting my creativity out in the world is scary, but it's important for me to do it! :)
