I love the way I am finding little ways to give all throughout the day, opportunities I would never have noticed before the challenge. I have picked up more litter since starting this challenge! I'm holding doors open for people, saying Thank-you to people I normally wouldn't (an employee performing a routine duty for the department I work in). Continue

I feel like I sort of cheated since my gift for Day 4 occurred at 1:30am in the morning (feeling more like a part of Day 3 still...). I had gotten home from work and the kitchen was still a mess. Everyone was in bed and I knew my husband had a busy evening caring for our boys. I chose to clean the kitchen before going to bed so he would wake up to a clean kitchen. So whether it "counts" as part of Day 3 or already into Day 4, it was a nice gift nonetheless. Continue
