What a week! 350 absent yesterday and 5 confirmed cases of the piggy flu... so they finally decided to close us on Monday seeing has having the students clean their own desks every day at first and last classes hasn't helped.

I'm on day something of round something or other... I give up on counting, numbers are evil anyway.



I got to school so early that I took myself to Burger King for a round of cinaminis this morning on the drive in and even walking around Wegmans for 20 minutes, still got in at 7:30. It felt good to be there that early and get most of what I needed done.

Tired teacher... small give today. I didn't go down to eat with rest of my friends at lunch so that I wouldn't pass on the black death I'm nursing... Had to type 4 out of 5 classes today (we have overhead projectors and screens), hope it passes before the parade on Saturday... =(

Good gracious! I'm getting toward the end again and haven't really done much or said much this round!



I'm home grading today. I spent 5 hours in a knitting class catching up on my wrap I'm making yesterday and got home to rip the entire thing out due to a mistake in the very beginning! . I have a new class on Wednesday night for a sweater and I can't keep up!
