My little sister is going through a tough time at the moment and I so wanted to give her a hug and take her to coffee and do the things that big sisters do, but with her being in London and me being in Cape Town I felt a bit helpless.Then I suddenly thought, if I can’t deliver coffee to her maybe I could tweet and ask if someone on twitter would be willing to help. We went to the exclusive book wharehouse sale last weekend. I received an email about it but was not sure I wanted to be up at the crack of dawn to be there by 7am; Titus decided that we would be awake by 5:30am so there was plenty of time to get everyone ready. Profile Information

Why I'm choosing to give:: I am blessed, I am a mom of 3 amazing unschooled children we live on the beautiful west coast of South Africa. Yet some days I let the challenges of everyday overwhelm my joy and I focus on the frustrations rather than the abundant blessing that I have. I hope giving focuses me on how much I have to be grateful for and turns my attention outwards

What I'd most like to receive:: let go of some of my frustration and open up to being more creative again

How did you hear about the 29-Day Giving Challenge?: Found the book at a sale this weekend

About me:: I am a 34 year old Pink Haired mom from South Africa. I had a horrible 8 year marriage that I had the strength to get out of 2 years ago and the pink hair reminds me to be true to myself. I now have a wonderful man in my life, 3 children a dog and 3 chickens
