- I stumbled across it on Craigslist. I am going through a hellacious time, and it seems like a marvelous way to get outside myself and generate good karma.
**Just over a month later and my life has turned around BIGTIME!**

When I first heard about the 29-day challenge, I needed help bigtime. I had been immersed in a lot of self-pity and wallowing which I knew needed to stop. To that end I had contacted my ex just the day before, to tell him I forgave him for hurting me.
