Dear Sarah,

I just joined the challenge this morning and saw your post. I wanted to tell you that I had Hodgkin's Disease too. 16 years ago.

I am now 36. I have two children who were born years after I had chemo and radiation without any kind of fertility treatment (it wasn't all easy, I also had two miscarriages, but that can happen to anyone).

I believe this clear scan is the first chapter in a lifetime of good news to come. Sometimes, cancer is a bad year in an otherwise wonderful life. I hope yours is long and full of love.

sarah, So happy to hear your good news! I will keep you in my prayers. My nephew had non hodgkins lymphoma when he was a child & has overcome the cancer plus thrived as a young adult who just graduted high school. take care. renee'
