- To give to others is what the world is all about is helping our fellow human beings and in tern it is accepting help from others when you need the help.

- About me:
- I am 48 years old, married with three adult children, ages 21,19,17, and work part time hoping to find full time work. I love to walk,hike trails, swim, and bike. I suffer from bipolar Disorder that leaves me feeling sometimes very depressed and angry. I am looking to change my outlook on this world and build my self esteem and I feel following the 29 day I find when I do for others and stop thinking about myself all the time it does make me feel better about the world and about my family and friends.
