- I want to make a difference in a mindful way and look at the opportunities to give that maybe I have missed and create the energy that Mbali talks about in the book. I want to change the world for the better.

- About me:
- I am 47, a wife and mother of two. I have Fibromyalgia, and various other health challenges and have had since I was 30. I started an education and support group for people living with chronic pain conditions in my community about 5 years ago. I know that helping others takes the focus off yourself and makes you feel better as well.

I'm 48 and have had FMS since I was about 30 also. One of our members just started the Fibro group and we'd love for you to join and share your successes with FMS. Hover your mouse over the Home button on the main menu bar and select Groups. You'll find us there along with groups started by other members. Hope you find some you enjoy.

In November, we're sponsoring a cause that has been started by fellow giver, Lubabat. We are so deeply touched and impressed by Lubabat's strength of character & spirit. Lubabat was diagnosed with MS in the mid 90s and then in August of 09, she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Her reaction has been so inspirational - she is thriving through giving. She is hosting a Christmas Give and her theme is "going small to make a big impact" We have named her our November Cause of the Month and would be grateful for your support!
