So...today is Day 1. I decided to give a favorite something, a nonfat venti, to my least favorite somebody, a former frenemy. We loved our coffee...it was a ritual throughout our friendship. As I dropped the anonymous gift card in the mail box I imagined her delight as she sipped on her sbux. Creating happiness for someone who caused me pain was a challenge but unexpectedly the happiness was created in me...the gift was letting go.
