Haven't been here for a while, but just wanted to report that I managed the first 29 Day cycle and have been continuing.

Day 7.  I didn't go out at all yesterday as I got carried away with following up information on the internet and sharing it with others on various forums that I belong to.  Knowledge if one of the greatest gifts that you can share with others, especially when it can give hope to those receiving it.
