I try to live so that the thoughts, words actions of my own life contribute in someway to the happiness and freedom of all beings. I believe that this challenge is one wonderful opportunity to do just that.

- I am the Founder of Healing Lotus Yoga & Reiki and a certified Yoga Instructor and a Reiki Master / Teacher. I have taught yoga in New Jersey since 2001 and lead retreats in Costa Rica, C.A.

The last two days have been kind of weird. The giving has been great and opportunites have presented themselves each day to give, where I did not even have to think about it.

I wanted to share an experience I have have had two times now since I began this journey of conciously giving. There have been two times thus far that people have "refused", or perhaps more gently stated, did not accept my gifts.
One day I was in the grocery store and bought flowers,. I tried to give them to the person in line behind me, telling them they could keep them, or pass them along to someone they love, to show them that they care... That person did not want to takle…

Here is a gift for everyone and all of my frineds here at 29 Days...
I would like to share with all of you a wonderful soup that is healing, cleansing and great for your body. It tastes great too. I have added my own twist to this traditional recipe.
