I tripled the usual tip to a hardworking waitress today. She gave me such a huge smile as she wished me a Merry Christmas that that warm feeling is going to last at least 2 more weeks!

Day 15
I stopped at the grocery store after work, as a lot of people do on their way home to prepare dinner for their families. I let an especially harried looking woman go ahead of me in the checkout line. She was very thankful. I'm gettting my mojo back.

In November, we're sponsoring a cause that has been started by fellow giver, Lubabat. We are so deeply touched and impressed by Lubabat's strength of character & spirit. Lubabat was diagnosed with MS in the mid 90s and then in August of 09, she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Not sure where to start so I thought I would start small! Walked around with box of chocolate cakes in my bag ( with a gift label) waiting to meet the person that they were for - hoping that i would know it when i met them. And I did.
