A Thing With Wings

A gift I've been trying to give myself is fitness. I'm learning this paradox: stay centered, stay grounded and you can become a thing with wings. Here's my blog post about a gift I received back, the Spirit affirming this lesson. Be well, everyone.

Today I am burning a bunch of CD's for friends based on the "soundtrack" I made up for this list of life lessons I wrote about on a friend's blog: "36 Things I've Learned at 36". I am grateful for all the feedback and support I have received.
