Day 7 was yesterday. I did the candy cane handout w/ my neice and boys 12/26 at the mall (line world that day). It was incredible-- actually cld see the tiny sparks of joy when we handed them to unsuspecting tired retail workers! Fun to give as a group too!

So far tamping down the pressure to decide/know "what gift will it b today?" and relaxing into my intention of giving as a way to ease off that perfectionistic pressure.

Yesterday scraped ice off the top step at work as a gift to my co-workers... struggling w/ "is this really a gift?" issues, and actually noticing how much giving is interwoven into my daily habits already!! How cool! Called my Aunt and left a loving message today.

Best part of this for me is to validate my natural urge to give, and the joy that follows instead of feeling judged for doing too much for others.
