The 4th and 5th day.
Yesterday my family and I went to a temple on the top of a mountain by car. While we were leaving, there comes a nun who asked us whether we could take her home. My parents hesitated at first. I thought since that we know where she's going, why not taking her to somewhere near her house? So I nodded my head to my parents. My act really surprised them, for I seldom agree to help strangers. Eventually, they took my advice and drove her down to the mountain. I'm not…

Today is the 3rd day of my 1st round of this activity. Still haven't wiped all the negative thoughts out, but I'm getting better on controlling my mood.
Usually, when walking on roads, I don't talk to people around me nor do I smile to them. I think I generally act just like most of the citizens in prosperous big cities. We are all heading to what we are going to do without caring about others who are living in the same city with us. I thought it's unnecessarily being kind or…

Today is the second day since I join this activity. I think I'm still having many negative thoughts.
Last night I spent lots of time thinking about what I'm going to do for the present things today, but I couldn't find out. It sounds funny because I only join this for 1day, and I just don't know what I could give out today. I was nervous and afraid of failing. But later, I decided to take it easy. Only one present for a day, nothing big deal. I told myself that I will…

Today is my very first day of this activity. I was neither happy nor sad about signing up this web. Maybe because I wasn't very sure whether this is going to work, and maybe because that I was afraid of failing.
I've just finished the book today. I was touched. Not by the efforts the writer did but by what she felt about her life. I cannot agree more about those negative thoughts. So I was thinking, why not give it a try? Maybe it would work?
I was planning to…

thank you for asking me to be your friend, Vivian Su. i am honored. i read your profile and i am impressed by your honesty about your doubts and fears and the fact that you decided to give this a try anyway. i noticed that you describe yourself as "just a normal person yet not wanting to live like one" and i'd like to share a quote from one of my favorite songs by Jewel with you:
"No longer lend your strength to that which you wish to be free from
Fill your lives with love and bravery
And you shall lead a life uncommon"
i love this saying and thought you might too. Hugs, Dawn
