- I am 56. Have had cancer a few times more than most..I believe I have come through the ordeal because I have a purpose here on earth~ I have been a caregiver for many years and it is in my nature to nurture~ I love this movement and all it stands for and support it with my whole being~ I just recently lost a beloved member of my family. Aunt Edie. We talked much before her passing on August 20th, 2011 and I promised her I would continue to serve here as community manager and to be the best person I can be. To show love, compassion and do anything I can to help those in need. I want to make her look down and be proud of me.. God bless her and all of you...

Never enough hours in the day~

Seems to me, through all the years I never have enough time in a day. I have to admit that I really think sleeping is a waste of time when there is so much to do. I know I have to but I think of what I need and want to do all night anyway. Especially on this giving journey. I want to keep on giving like the energizer bunny!
This past month has been extremely stressful. Hubby had a major scare medically, I did as well and that really punched us in the gut. We are still trying to…

Hello, just popping in for a bit. Kasey did fine this morning...the get their ratings Monday. I applaud her for going before a room full of strangers and judges to sing a solo..however she won't let me in the room, had to stand in the hall!!! I was rather miffed for a bit. Better late than never...... I don't know why this popped in my head this morning, but I remember you saying Kenny's pics were on the way and I assumed they were in the mail. I haven't checked my email in quite a while so I went on there and lo and behold there they were!!! So sorry I did not think to look there. Deb, she is just so beautiful. Takes great pictures. You are going to have your hands full in several years fighting off all the boys. Wow, such a pretty young lady!
