- I feel that the spirit of giving invites more soul to soul interactions which we so desperately need these days. It feels so good just to know someone is thinking of you. I hope to spread some of that joy.

- I am a chiropractor/personal trainer/ yoga & pilates instructor who loves movement and loves to get others excited about moving. My passion is to get people up and moving pain free, while enjoying the movements their bodies are performing.
