Please...fried bologna sandwiches? Right up there with scrapple! When I lived in Va. we would often jump on I95 to Fl--Jax/St Augustine. We stopped in Rocky Mt, NC for Bob Melton's BBQ--just a pile of pulled, smoked pork, slice of white bread, vinegar sauce on the side. I digress...
