day 18 :: today i took another step to help my homeless lady friend who sells the street roots. i called a women's shelter and requested an intake application for their residential recovery program. she loses her current shelter within a week... i can't believe how lucky i am. my basic needs are always met, in fact, what i need is always, already, met, really...i finally bought a bike helmet today, and got me and my partner fun bike bells. it was a fun treat to give him. blrirring…See More

day 16/17

day 16 :: today i fulfilled a donation i made to an auction item, an hour space organizing consultation. i followed up with a detailed evaluation with lots of recommendations. it felt like a gift, to give so much 'pro bono'. later in the day, i gave a massage for 90 minutes, and charged for an hour. today i went above the call of duty, giving just a little more :)day 17 :: i gave my man a lovely glass of wine, as i made us dinner. simple joys!See More

days 14/15

day 14 ::a gorgeous sunday, a day outside. we pulled some weeds, planted our garden [seeds of cilantro, carrot, broccoli, kale, butter lettuce, lemon balm - and more to come], and generally putzed in the yard. later, i went to a sustainability group and meditation. my gift was 'goodwill'-sparing others my judgement, opinions, and superiority. i allowed others to be who they are. i listened. i accepted what is. i offered a complimentary consultation to my meditation center on greening their…See More
