I received a gift today, a snow day! How wonderful, it is beautiful and I am planning on spending it on me. So, my gift today is to myself to relax and do what I want to do, not what I feel I have to do. To all those with a snow day, enjoy yourselves.

haven't blogged about giving lately and feel guilty. Today, I gave fabric to a friend for a project, a pair of gloves to my husband, and dinner to my sister. It was a good day with lots of opportunities. Looking forward to tomorrow.

And then it is back to work and the rush of teaching, sometimes it seems so easy to give to students and sometimes it just isn't, like the student who curses you out as he storms out of the classroom. I wrestle with…
