- Why I'm choosing to give:
- I was so inspired by your book. My mom has MS and right as I obtained your book (I work at a Borders and was lucky enough to preview the advance copy) my mom experienced and really bad flare-up and the family really went through turmoil. Your book helped me to cope and talking about it with the rest of my family and with my mother really helped us all through. Since then (it's been a while, but I've been meaning to sign-up for a long time), I have been spending each day trying to be someone that is ever ready to give and be there for others. It really has made a difference in my life, I feel. Thanks!
- What I'd most like to receive:
- With the rough economy we are all going through, you can physically feel the stress that everyone is experiencing. I would like for things to feel less stressful and for the people around me to feel more at ease about everything. Things are hard for all of us, but I know how much worse it could be. Here in America, we actually don't even know the meaning of not having enough. I think about that every day.
- How did you hear about the 29-Day Giving Challenge?
- I received your book as an advance copy at the bookstore I work at.
- About me:
- I am a 30-something woman, single, never-married and without kids. I work at a bookstore and a drugstore part-time.
