Been horrible at keeping up with posting. Very bad 2 weeks after treatment for heel pain on the 24th. Could barely function most days, but tried to keep up and finished the 29 days of giving!
Day 16
Bought lunch for my Aunt Louise today as a thank you for taking me to the doctor. I got a treatment done on my heel for planter facitus(sp) and have been in MORE pain ever since. Had a very rough time and been out of it on pain meds since that…

Day 10
Gave the gift of time today. Stopped over to see my folks and spent some time with them. They are getting older and I don't want to regret not seeing them after they are gone.
Day 11
Made some extra earrings to go with my friends necklace. Thought I'd pop them in the bag for a nice surprise.

While shopping at a craft store today, I gave away my 40% off coupons. Others looked like they could use them and it felt nice to make…

Day 8--Today when I let traffic go ahead of me, it was nearly automatic. I'd like to think that these "gifts" are making me a nicer, less stressed person especially in traffic. I also gave the gifts of empathy and encouragement to an injured worker today. Her situtation is very similiar to mine--injured at work with an employer who still expects full work performance. I talked to her about my experience and let her know to speak up when she needed help (as I didn't and was injured…

I gave the gift of generosity today--I'm in an online postcards swap where you send 5 postcards to the 5 people below you on the list. I decided to send to everyone today including the ones overseas that take the 98cent stamps. Thought everyone would enjoy a little hello to brighten their day.
Also gave the gift of heartflet thanks today. I received 2 packages in the mail from online swaps that I'm doing and made it a point to show pictures to the groups and let the senders…

A comedic mystery series...she wrote The Blackbird Sisters Mystery. Just mentioning it cuz it takes place in Pittsburgh, much like Evanovich's Trenton, NJ.
