Day 27 - Stolen Gift!

I stole a gift on this one!! I left $5 with a note saying "Happy New Year" on someone's windshield in the Hannaford parking lot! :) It was harder than it sounded because I didn't want to get caught or set off a car alarm or anything! Haha, it was kind of in a rough nieghborhood and I didn't want anyone thinking I was trying to break into the car or anything so I had to time it. Day 26 - GRE's

Today my gift was for me. I finally signed up to take the GRE's in Feb (the deadline is next week)! I'm applying to go to grad school next year and for most places the GRE's are required. I've been putting it off because I'm nervous to take them and they're expensive. But today I took the first step towards getting into grad school and I am very excited!

Day 25 - Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Today I woke up bright and early to help my family tackle the snow storm that has been going on all night. My family owns an apartment complex so there are a lot of sidewalks and steps to shovel. We actually had to shovel once and then wait about an hour and do it all again bc we're getting so much snow. It has slowed down a bit now. Not only do I consider this a gift to my family but to our tennants!!See More

Today I took my niece to a movie which was fun for both of us! We wanted to see Tangled but it was sold out :( so we ended up seeing Guliver's Travels which was cute.

Today I wrote a quick note of appreciation to an old friend who I haven't seen in a while. I used to see her every day in college but now that I'm back home (3 hours from school) I get to see her about once a year. I miss her in my life and wish I could see her more!
