supporting laughter

My friend is a comedian and he does a very late show and not a lot of people show up and I went to support him and went to another show he did at another venue. I don't have a car so sometimes I can talk myself out of going places because "it's too late" or "I won't have a ride back" but with a little preparation and asking for help where there is a will there is a way. I enjoyed seeing my friend and supporting his cause.

just being there prepared

Yesterday I was supposed to meeting a friend and she was running late and hadn't even left her house when I called her. I was on my bike and didn't feel like waiting but instead I told her to come anyway I would wait besides she sounded like she had been crying. MOST OF THE TIME I RIDE MY BIKE AND I START TO FEEL A LITTLE DOWN ON MYSELF BECAUSE I SEE ALL THESE GIRLS DRESSED UP GOING TO WORK SO ON AND SO FORTH. SO YESTERDAY I TOOK THE BUS AND DRESSED UP A LITTLE. IT FEELS GOOD TO LET MYSELF BE A GIRL.

MY BOYFRIEND WAS COMING BACK FROM SCHOOL AND I WANTED TO DO SOMETHING NICE FOR HIM SO WHEN HE GOT HOME I HAD A ROSE AND A NOTE WAITING FOR HIM. I GUESS I GOT THE GIFT OF GIVING AS WELL HE WALKED INTO THE DOOR WITH A BOUQUET FOR ME.

We have a security guard in the building I work in and she is there everymorning I arrive at 6 am on my bike always with a smile. I work in beverly hills and needless to say a lot of people are a bit "focused" on themselves. Anyway, I sometimes toss a couple words back and forth with her.
