my best friend icil visited me and she had to go home at night so we (i & kevin) drove her back to her house in Jakarta, on the way i saw an old man cleaning the street and he looked so tired that i thought that this will be my give for the day, i reach out my wallet and take a little money and gave it to him, he was very happy and i hope from that money he could get a cold drink after his long day working on the street..we didn't drive Icil directly home, we planned to eat nasi goreng Uno,…See More

- Why I'm choosing to give:
- i've always wanted to do great things, but i never know for sure where to start, after i read the 29 days of giving book i thought that i could start by starting the challenge.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- i want to feel good about myself by bringing a little light in a dark place. i've always want to write a book, and i thought maybe this 29 days of giving and see for myself how happy i made them whom i'll be giving the gift too can open my mind and my creative energy to start writing.
- How did you hear about the 29-Day Giving Challenge?
- my boyfriend bought the book as my christmas present last year
- About me:
- i am a university student in jakarta, and my major is public relation. i lost my father from cancer 7 years ago, life hadn't been easy since i lost him, i felt that i lost part of me too when he passed away. i have 2 brothers and 1 sister, all of them are already married. now, i only live with my mom

the only one thing i always find it hard to give is my time for my family, i rather stayed in my room all day, reading books, or sleeping.. my mom says that i have all the facilities i need in my room like television, dvd player, and even my own fridge that is why i don't need to go downstairs at all..

after helping icil with mind map, kevin(my boyfriend) said to me that he also could use a little help managing his school project and while we were planning it, i called a pizza restaurant near the house and ordered a large pizza with extra mushrooms.. it was my gift for the day..
kevin will be off to singapore for 3 days with his brother so it was really nice spending time with him the whole day..
