- Why I'm choosing to give:
- I need to realize that even though I may not feel happy about my life right now I still have things to offer others. At this time of year, this particular year, I think everyone is hurting in one or another. If I can help anyone out in even the smallest way, I would feel like I'd done something worthwhile.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- A better appreciation of where I am in my life and all the things that I have. All the things I'm free to do. All that I have to offer.

- I'm a 47 year old, single Mom of two teenagers. For many years now I talk about how I want to volunteer, I want to help the less fortunate. But I don't do anything about it. This is just what I need to get me going.
I'm beginning to think that it might not be too easy to do 29 gifts in 29 days. I've already changed my way of thinking!
