- Why I'm choosing to give:
- I feel I'm a pretty giving, compassionate person, but sometimes there's not much to give. I'm choosing to participate to look outside the box, to find other ways of helping others, of brightening days. It doesn't always have to be about things that cost, things that make me go without. It can be more of a giving of myself and of my heart and spirit. Everyone should benefit from my giving and I should never have to feel like I'm going without. I shouldn't constantly give and give and not give any thought to "How can the most people benefit from this?"
- What I'd most like to receive:
- This is too hard to answer. I'm not very good at receiving: gifts, money, favors, compliments. I usually reject them all, or best case scenario, accept them begrudgingly. I will take this 29 days to make a change. "Okay, sure! Thanks!" will be my new motto. It's going to be really hard, I can already tell.
