- I did this a few years ago and it was really healing. I am choosing to give because I'm naturally giving but want to give in a deliberate and specific way this time around. I am giving with the intent of release all thoughts of limitation that I have either consciously or subconsciously and to cultivate more gratitude for the abundance of blessings in my life.
