Yesterday was  a hard day, my discs are playing up and I am just not myself.  I did take the kids to school and made sure I was there to bring them home and make them a nice evening dinner and sit and talk to them about their day. I also looked out some old stuff to donate to the thrift shop.  I am always amazed how much people still need in these times.  I remember taking in a few bags of clothes and before I got to the shop with another, someone was already looking through them and…

I read Cami's book and decided that I was going to share it with people.  I decided to put my email address and name on the inside cover and encourage everyone who receives it to do the same.  I gave it to my mother, then she gave it to someone in our yoga class, so hopefully it will continue on.  Who knows where it will end? It may be the cause of someone receiving a gift, smile, encouragement or love.  I am so excited to find out where it ends

It's been a busy week but most of all it has been a giving week. On Thursday I gave lots of smiles and encouragement my kids a s well as the virtue of patience, when I needed to. So many times we tend to look at our kids thinking we know best only to find out that they could teach us a thing or two, then we realise that they are growing up into sensible and smart kids.  On Friday, I took time out to visit an elderly relative who has been hospitalised for many years with physchiatric ilness.…
