Days 10, 11, 12
Day 10, I gave myself the day off!
Day 11, I became conciously aware of giving people the right away in traffic and at Walmart. I let someone go in front of me at the checkout.
Day 12, I gave myself permission to feel ok, even relief after my teenager moved out of the house. I do not have to feel guilty or bad. It actually feels pretty darned good after all!

Comment by Dawn on November 15, 2009 at 7:59pm - you don't need to feel bad about your teen moving out. sometimes it's for the best for all concerned, at least for awhile. relief is a natural feeling especially if things have been bad for a while. it's nice to let people go ahead of you in line, no one expects that.
